Syria unrest: Arab League sanctions' potential impact

Violence has continued in Syria in the run-up to a deadline set by the Arab League - which is threatening sanctions aimed at ending the bloodshed.

The Syrian President Bashar al-Assad has told a British newspaper that the crackdown on dissidents in his country will continue. Activists say at least 14 people were killed on Saturday.
