Amnesty says Iran's human rights record 'worsening'
A recent report by Amnesty International on Iran's human rights record suggests that authorities have been clamping down on freedom of expression in the run-up to parliamentary elections.
The 71-page report says that lawyers, students, journalists, political activists and human rights defenders have been arrested and imprisoned.
Iranian authorities refute these claims.
