Syrian opposition: UN 'not making any difference'
Syrian opposition activists have criticised UN observers for allegedly refusing to visit an area of Homs - despite being told that a massacre was taking place there.
At least 90 people, including many children, were killed in the province on Friday, according to anti-government forces.
One activist, Abu Emad, told the BBC that the presence of the observers was "not making any difference", and that the Kofi Annan-brokered ceasefire had "failed".
