Hague admits UN agreement on Syria 'remains difficult'

Russia, a key ally of Syria, has insisted there is a good chance the international community will be able to find common ground on the issue.
But speaking before the meeting at the UN headquarters, UK Foreign Secretary William Hague said he believed reaching agreement on Syria "remains very difficult".
