Houla massacre: UN blames Syria troops and militia

The United Nations has accused Syrian government forces of committing war crimes - including a massacre in May in which more than 40 children were killed.

Rebel forces were also accused of atrocities - but on a lesser scale.

Meanwhile dozens of civilians are reported to have been killed by a government airstrike in the rebel-held town of Azaz, just south of the border with Turkey.
