Egypt: Morsi supporters 'to escalate' campaign

Supporters of ousted Egyptian President Mohammed Morsi have staged a large rally in Cairo.

Mr Morsi's supporters are calling for his reinstatement after he was toppled by the military last week.

The former president's opponents are also staging demonstrations in support of his removal.
