US: Alleged use of chemical weapons in Syria 'deplorable'

A White House spokesman has called the alleged use of chemical weapons in Syria "deplorable and unacceptable."

Josh Earnest said that UN investigators in the country should investigate the claims before any conclusions could be reached.
