UN disarmament chief arrives in Syria
The UN's disarmament chief, Angela Kane, has arrived in Damascus to press the Assad regime for access to the site of an alleged chemical attack by the Syrian government.
UN inspectors, already in the country, have not been allowed to visit the suburb where large numbers of people are reported to have died on Wednesday.
The BBC's Yolande Knell said the situation is getting "more complicated" after a Syrian state television broadcast claims that rebels were behind the attack.
