Baghdad car bombs kill at least 38

A string of car bombs around Iraq's capital, Baghdad, have killed at least 38 people officials say, bringing the often sectarian violence to its highest level since 2008.

At least 100 people have been injured in the explosions, some of which targeted markets and bus stations mainly in Shia areas.
