Syria crisis: Thousands waiting for food in Yarmouk

The BBC's Lyse Doucet has travelled to Yarmouk, the Palestinian refugee camp in southern Damascus, Syria, where people are desperate for food.

More than 20,000 have been living under a punishing siege there for nearly a year.

They have been unable to move because of endless fighting and their plight is increasingly desperate.

Residents gather daily, hoping to collect food parcels being given out by aid workers.
