MH370 families 'helpless and frustrated'

The families of the passengers missing on Malaysia airlines flight MH370 have said that they feel as though they are on an emotional rollercoaster.

They spoke to the press after Malaysia's Prime Minister Najib Razak said that the communications systems of the missing plane were deliberately disabled.
