Air raid system interrupts Netanyahu interview

An interview being given by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has been interrupted by an air raid warning system.

Mr Netanyahu was speaking to CBS's Face the Nation on Sunday when a clear warning sounded.

Israel says nearly 1,000 rockets have been fired from Gaza since last Tuesday. Palestinian officials say 172 people in Gaza have been killed since then.
