Riyad Mansour: UN 'must shoulder responsibility'

Palestine's UN ambassador has said the United Nations must "shoulder its responsibility" in the Gaza conflict.

Speaking to journalists, he said if the Palestinians could not go to the UN, then "Where should we go in order to seek justice?"
