Middle East crisis: Airlines suspend flights to Ben Gurion, Israel

Several American and European airlines have cancelled flights to Ben Gurion airport, in Tel Aviv, after a nearby rocket attack.

Israel's transportation ministry said that the decision "handed terror a prize", and Benjamin Netanyahu asked the US Fedearl Aviation Authority to reconsider the suspension.

There was frustration at both Ben Gurion and Newark Airport, New Jersey, where passengers were feeling the effect.
