Gaza-Israel crisis: UNRWA 'not informed' before shelter attack

The United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) says it was not informed before an attack on one of its shelters killed at least 13 people.

An estimated 200 people were also injured at the site in Beit Hanoun, which the UN was running as a shelter.

Israel says it gave a four-hour period in which people could leave, but Bob Turner, director of operations for UNRWA in Gaza, told the BBC's Chris Morris that the attack had not been confirmed.
