Syrian refugees need urgent care, says UN refugee agency
The UN refugee agency says Turkey urgently needs help to care for 130,000 Syrian refugees who have crossed the border in recent days.
It says this is the largest influx in such a short period since the start of the Syrian conflict in 2011.
The refugees are fleeing an advance by Islamic State militants, who have seized parts of Iraq and Syria in recent months.
Mark Lowen reports from the Turkish-Syria border.
