Egyptian street art explores sexual stigma

In the wake of uprisings in the Arab region since 2011, the street art movement has been gaining momentum employed as a means to address not only political issues, but also social problems in the society.

In Egypt, an art exhibition is tapping into the energy of this underground movement, to create a space to explore sensitive themes that are otherwise taboo such as intimacy, relationships and sexual education.
