Many killed after crane collapse in Mecca mosque
A crane has collapsed on the Grand Mosque in the Muslim holy city of Mecca killing over 100 people and injuring more than 230 others.
Parts of the crane appear to have broken through the ceiling on one part of the mosque. The authorities in Saudi Arabia say there was heavy rain at the time, with winds reaching 83kmph (51mph).
The mosque draws millions of Muslims from all over the world throughout the year but is particularly crowded now, just days away from the annual Hajj pilgrimage.
