Plight of Syrians in Lebanon

Talks in Geneva on ending the conflict in Syria have been torpedoed by the Syrian government and its allies, including Russia.

That is the allegation made by the French Foreign Minister, Laurent Fabius, who spoke after a major advance by the Syrian army against opposition forces.

So far 4.5m people have fled the fighting, and one of the countries most affected is Syria's neighbour, Lebanon.
