MSF conducts emergency migrant vaccinations in Greece

Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) is known for taking medical aid to some of the world's most dangerous and dysfunctional regions. But now, for the first time in their history, they are running an emergency vaccination programme in Europe.

Thousands of migrants have been left stranded and in desperate need, since Macedonia and other Balkan countries imposed strict border controls.

The vaccinations are under way at Idomeni, a makeshift migrant camp on the Greece-Macedonia border.
