15-year-old girl explains why she designed hijab emoji
More than 500 million people around the world wear headscarves. And there's a 15-year-old student in Germany who wants an emoji to reflect that.
Rayouf Alhumedhi explained to BBC World Service programme Outside Source why she wants an emoji to represent Muslim women, like herself, who wear a hijab.
