Battle for Mosul: Iraqi forces fight for university

Iraqi state television says government forces have taken control of the university of Mosul in their campaign to drive the Islamic State group out of the city.

But military officials say some clashes are still continuing.

The day-long battle for the campus involved both armoured vehicles and heavy weaponry.
