Turkey-Syria earthquake: ‘This convent provides the most important thing - safety.’

Syrians gathered at a convent in Aleppo to spend the night as they feared more tremors following a deadly earthquake that hit Turkey and Syria on Monday.

The 7.8 magnitude earthquake struck in the early hours and caused devastation across southern Turkey and northern Syria.
