UK Prime Minister David Cameron's call for more to be done to tackle terrorist groups based in Pakistan has been echoed by the Afghan President, Hamid Karzai.
But Pakistan insists that its been playing its part to resist terrorism, both on the border with Afghanistan and in dealing with threats on its own soil.
