Pakistan floods: Rising water threatens flood defences
Rising water levels are breaching flood defences and threatening hundreds of thousands of people in Pakistan, four weeks after the crisis began.
A breach in the Kot Almo area of Sindh province forced thousands to flee their homes, and a further 400,000 people have been told to evacuate the towns of Sujawal, Mir Pur Batoro and Daro.
Aid efforts are focusing on providing emergency shelter, food and medical care, but disease is spreading quickly through overcrowded relief camps.
