UK aid making a difference in India
Should a country with a booming economy, a space programme and nuclear submarines be receiving British aid, especially at this time of austerity?
Well MPs have recommended that, yes, for the time being, the UK should continue to fund projects worth £300m a year in India because of the country's poverty.
But the MPs sitting on the International Development Committee also said that after 2015, operations should change.
