More nations issue warnings over Europe terror plot

More governments have issued travel alerts about the threat of possible terror attacks in Europe.

Both Japan and Sweden have issued statements warning their citizens travelling in Europe of a heightened risk of attacks by al-Qaeda or affiliated groups - echoing the travel alerts already issued by the US and Britain.

Meanwhile, a missile fired from an American drone has hit a house in Pakistan, killing several German militants who may have been training ahead of an attack.
