Tea Party's Rand Paul wins Kentucky Senate race

Tea Party-backed Republican candidate Rand Paul has won Kentucky's Senate race with a reported 55% of the votes cast.

Mr Paul has been vocal in his criticism of budget deficits, the economic stimulus and healthcare reforms.
