Democrat Jack Conway concedes Kentucky to Rand Paul

Democrat Jack Conway has admitted defeat to Republican Rand Paul in the Kentucky Senate race.

Mr Conway offered his support to the new senator after a race that had drawn attention for a number of hard-hitting ads and a skirmish.
