Wikileaks exposes operations in Helmand
The latest US cables revealed by Wikileaks expose Afghan and American criticism of British forces and strategy in Helmand in 2008.
According to the cables, released by The Guardian, the American embassy in Kabul said that the US and the Afghan President, Hamid Karzai, believed British forces were not up to the task of securing Helmand on their own.
