Dominique Strauss-Kahn 'claimed diplomatic immunity'
More details are emerging in New York about the arrest of the former head of the IMF Dominique Strauss-Kahn.
Papers from prosecutors say he tried to claim diplomatic immunity when he was arrested on suspicion of the attempted rape of a hotel maid last month.
Mr Strauss-Kahn strongly denies the charges and is currently on bail awaiting trial.
