US teens 'getting drunk on hand sanitiser'

An increasing number of US teenagers are drinking hand sanitiser and mouthwash because it contains alcohol, police in Albuquerque say.

Some youngsters are even distilling the products to get a stronger hit.

Medical experts are appealing to parents to keep sanitising products and mouthwash out of reach.
