Presidential debate: Obama makes closing statement

Barack Obama focused on what he would do for the American economy if he were re-elected during his closing statement of the final televised presidential debate.

Although the debate was meant to focus on foreign policy, Mr Obama used the opportunity to stress the need to invest in the future of the United States.

He said after a decade of war America needed to do some nation building "here at home".
