Storm Sandy: New York working to get 'back to normal'

As President Obama visited cities in New Jersey to see the devastation wrought by 'super-storm' Sandy, neighbouring New York is working to get back to normal.

After being closed for two days, the New York Stock Exchange was open - but the city's Bellevue Hospital had to be evacuated after its back-up generators failed.

Most of the city's bridges have reopened, and from Thursday a partial subway service will be resumed.
