Oklahoma tornado: Obama promises nation's full focus

US President Barack Obama has promised the Oklahoma communities affected by Monday's tornado that they will have "all the resources they need".

He said the nation's "full focus" was on helping with the rescue effort, "and the hard work of recovery and rebuilding that lies ahead."
