Tea Party won't fund health reform
The US government has begun a partial shutdown after the Republican led House of Representatives refused to approve a budget for next year.
The Tea Party faction of the Republican party refuse to fund "Obama-care"; the President's health exchange and insurance scheme.
Democrats refuse to negotiate on extending spending for the federal government if there are any health scheme cuts.
