Rob Ford: 'It's hypocrisy at its best'

Embattled Toronto Mayor Rob Ford, who has admitted to smoking crack cocaine, has debuted his own television show hours after the Toronto city council voted to limit his powers.

Mr Ford said of his critics "it's hypocrisy at its best".
