Ukraine crisis: Obama 'concerned' over military moves

US President Barack Obama said he was "deeply concerned" by reports of military movements by Russia inside Ukraine.

It comes amid claims that Russian planes have flown hundreds of troops into the region.

Mr Obama added there would be costs for any military intervention in Ukraine.
