Ukraine crisis: 'Consequences for Russia' warning by Obama

President Obama has again warned Russia of ''consequences'' if it supports further action by armed pro-Russian groups in Ukraine.

Speaking to CBS Evening News, President Obama said sanctions against Russia were already having an impact.

''Mr Putin's decisions are not just bad for Ukraine, over the long-term they are going to be bad for Russia,'' he said.
