Obama: 'We will step up support for Syria's neighbours'

President Barack Obama has promised to step up efforts to support Syria's neighbours as they host refugees.

In a speech at the US Military Academy at West Point, New York, he said he would continue to push for a political resolution of the crisis in Syria.
