Obama West Point foreign policy speech in full

President Barack Obama has delivered a key foreign policy address at the US Military Academy at West Point, New York.

Mr Obama told graduates the US would still lead, but avoid the "costly mistakes" of the past.

The address is the first of a series of speeches from the president about foreign policy over the next 10 days, in an attempt to respond to critics who say current US foreign policy is weak.
