Chuck Hagel: Full interview with the BBC's Katty Kay

US Defence Secretary Chuck Hagel has given a wide-ranging interview to the BBC's Katty Kay.

Mr Hagel was in Romania to show support for European allies and visit US military personnel amid tensions between Ukraine and Russia.

He discussed the crisis, as well as defence spending, the release of US soldier Bowe Bergdahl and Scottish independence.
