'Knife-wielding man' shot dead by police in St Louis
A man has been shot dead in St Louis, Missouri, where there have been multiple outbreaks of civil unrest following the death of an unarmed teenager last week.
Police said the man was carrying a knife and threatening officers when he was fatally shot.
On Monday night police arrested 31 people during another night of angry protests in the town of Ferguson.
The unrest was sparked by the death of 19-year-old Michael Brown, who died after he was shot multiple times by a police office on 9 August.
