Michael Brown shooting: Protester says 'lot of people upset'
Police have clashed with protesters in Missouri, after a grand jury refused to charge a policeman over the death of unarmed black teenager Michael Brown.
State prosecutor Robert McCulloch said the jury had exhaustively examined evidence.
As he announced the decision late on Monday, hundreds of protesters gathered outside the police department in Ferguson, a suburb of St Louis.
Protestor Charles Miller, told the BBC: "A lot of people are upset".
