Historic shift in diplomacy brings US and Cuba closer

President Obama said the US would end its outdated approach to the communist-run island as it re-establishes diplomatic relations and opens economic and travel ties.
As the US president announced the historic shift in policy, President Raul Castro addressed his own people from Havana.
