President Obama to push for tax increases

President Obama will deliver his penultimate State of the Union address to the American people on Tuesday.

He is expected to outline a wide range of proposals including tax rises for the wealthy.

Mr Obama hopes the money generated will fund free community college education, and the tripling of child tax credits.
