Former US ambassador to Ukraine advocates lethal aid

In Ukraine, pro-Russian separatists are looking to boost their ranks by as many as 100,000 troops, as fighting with government forces intensifies.

The latest fighting comes as a debate has been reignited in Washington over whether Ukrainian government troops should be given lethal assistance.
