Freezing temperatures hamper Philadelphia firefighters

As snow and cold weather continue to hit parts of the US, the freezing temperatures in Philadelphia caused problems for firefighters tackling a fire at a medical centre.

Water from the hoses and the cold temperatures lead to problems with ice for the crews.
