Hillary Clinton 'to announce 2016 presidential campaign'

Hillary Rodham Clinton is expected to announce this weekend that she will run in the 2016 race to become president.

The former first lady previously ran for president in 2008 and is already considered a strong contender for the Democratic nomination.

Her bid for a place in the White House has of late become American politics' worst-kept secret.
