Hillary Clinton to announce presidency bid on social media

Hillary Clinton is to launch a fresh bid to become the first female president of the United States.

The former secretary of state is expected to use a video posted on the internet on Sunday to announce that she is seeking the Democratic Party's nomination for next year's election.
